Josh Cook has been involved in the water and wastewater community since 2001.  He has worked for a contractor building WWTPs and then went into the engineering field where his primary focus has been water and wastewater engineering.  Josh has lived in the surrounding area for the past 44 years and have been a customer and a consultant for the District since 2004.  Josh is looking forward to his time serving on the Board of Directors.
