The St. Vrain Sanitation District is poised to embark on an exciting new chapter in its history with the signing of a contract with  local builder Mark Young Construction. This agreement marks the beginning of the construction of  an Administration / Maintenance facility in Frederick, Colorado.
Scheduled for completion by Fall 2025, the new facility represents a  significant investment in the district's infrastructure and operational capabilities.
